You must be an existing paying client on our Hosting and Support plan (from £35/month) or Hosting with Content Management (from £75/month), on at least a 12-month contract.
Eligible referrals must be new clients with no prior contact or existing account with us. The referred client must commission a bespoke website build with a minimum value of £400, pay in full, and enter into a 12-month hosting agreement.
Once the referred business has paid their build invoice in full and signed their 12-month hosting contract, the reward is applied to both accounts within a 14-day period.
Yes. You can refer up to 5 businesses during the promotion. Each successful referral earns you another 3 months of free hosting. For example if you refer four businesses and that's 12 months free. Each referral must be submitted before that business contacts us.
The referral must be logged with us before the referred business makes any contact, by email, phone, or contact form. If they've already been in touch, the referral won't be valid. Always email us first.
