2.3 Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not refer yourself, a business you own, a business you are a director or partner of, or any connected party.
2.4 For the purposes of these terms, an "active client" means a client with an active hosting agreement with ilumi Technologies Ltd, whose account is not suspended, overdue, pending cancellation, or otherwise in breach of any agreement with ilumi Technologies Ltd.
Upon successful completion of all conditions set out in these terms, both the referrer and the referred business will each receive three (3) months of free hosting applied as a credit to their respective accounts.
3.1.1 The value of the reward is dependent on each party's hosting plan. The reward is applied as free hosting credit and has no cash equivalent.
3.1.2 There is no cash alternative to the reward. The reward is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, sold, or applied to any service other than hosting with ilumi Technologies Ltd.
3.1.3 The reward is applied directly to the hosting accounts of both parties and cannot be converted to monetary value under any circumstances.
To make a valid referral, the referrer must email [email protected] before the referred business makes any contact with ilumi Technologies Ltd, whether by email, phone, social media, contact form, or any other channel.

The timestamp of the referral email constitutes proof of submission. Any referral submitted after the referred business has already made contact with us will be deemed invalid and will not qualify for the reward.
It is the referrer's sole responsibility to ensure that the details provided are accurate, complete, and lawfully shared.
Upon receipt of a valid referral submission, ilumi Technologies Ltd will send a written confirmation to both parties. This confirmation will acknowledge that the referral has been received and logged, confirm to the referred business that their details have been shared and by whom, and outline the conditions that must be satisfied for the reward to activate.
Both parties receiving and acknowledging this written confirmation is required for the referral to be fully valid. A referral where the referred business cannot be confirmed or disputes having consented to the referral will be disqualified.
A referral remains valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of submission. If the referred business does not enter into a qualifying agreement with ilumi Technologies Ltd within this period, the referral shall automatically expire and no reward shall be payable.
The reward will only activate once all of the following conditions have been met in full:
The reward will be issued within fourteen (14) calendar days following confirmation that all conditions have been fully satisfied.
ilumi Technologies Ltd reserves the right to withhold or reverse a reward if it is later established that any condition was not genuinely met or that any information provided was inaccurate or misleading.
If any qualifying invoice is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, cancelled, or remains unpaid after reward activation, ilumi Technologies Ltd reserves the right to revoke, remove, or recover any associated reward or hosting credit issued under the Programme.
Rewards are contingent upon the referred business remaining in good standing throughout the activation process, including compliance with all applicable agreements and payment obligations with ilumi Technologies Ltd.
ilumi Technologies Ltd reserves the right to decline to work with, onboard, or provide services to any referred business at its sole discretion. No reward shall arise where a referred project or hosting agreement is declined or not proceeded with.
All reward activity is subject to availability and the continued operation of the Programme. ilumi Technologies Ltd reserves the right to modify the reward structure with reasonable notice to existing participants.
The Programme is intended solely for genuine personal or business referrals and may not be used for commercial lead generation, affiliate marketing, referral marketplaces, paid advertising, bulk referral activity, or resale purposes without the prior written consent of ilumi Technologies Ltd.
Any attempt to abuse the Programme, including but not limited to submitting fake referrals, creating duplicate accounts or businesses, self-referrals, referrals made without the referred party's knowledge or consent, or any other fraudulent activity, will result in immediate disqualification of all associated referrals and potential suspension of the referrer's account.
By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that they have obtained the informed consent of the referred business to share their contact details with ilumi Technologies Ltd for the purposes of this Programme, and that the referred business is aware they have been referred and to whom their details have been provided.
By confirming participation, the referred business confirms that they consent to their details being shared by the referrer and processed by ilumi Technologies Ltd for the purposes of this Programme.
All personal data collected as part of this Programme is processed and retained in accordance with ilumi Technologies Ltd's Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled.
A single referrer may make a maximum of five (5) referrals during the period of the Programme. A maximum of five (5) rewards may be issued to a single referrer per calendar month.
There is no limit on the total reward that can be accumulated through multiple successful referrals, subject to the limits above. For example, four successful referrals in a calendar month would earn 12 months of free hosting credit.
The referrer must remain on a qualifying 12-month hosting contract at the time each reward is activated. If the referrer's contract lapses or is downgraded below the qualifying tier before reward activation, the reward for that referral will be forfeited.
The Programme reward cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotion, discount, offer, or incentive scheme run by ilumi Technologies Ltd, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Multiple referrals by the same referrer during the Programme period are permitted and are not considered stacking for the purposes of this clause.
All branding, visual identity, logos, trademarks, graphics, website design, written content, proprietary materials, and other intellectual property displayed on ilumi-seo.com or used in connection with ilumi Technologies Ltd services remain the property of ilumi Technologies Ltd unless otherwise stated.
No part of our branding, website design, content, graphics, or proprietary materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ilumi Technologies Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the Programme; technical failures, delays, or errors in processing referrals; or any tax liability incurred by a participant as a result of receiving a reward.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes ilumi Technologies Ltd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws in England and Wales.
Participants are solely responsible for determining and meeting any applicable tax liabilities arising from rewards received through this Programme. ilumi Technologies Ltd does not provide tax advice. Participants are encouraged to seek independent tax advice if they are uncertain of their obligations.
ilumi Technologies Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to abuse, legal or regulatory changes, or commercial reasons.
Where possible, ilumi Technologies Ltd will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes to the Programme to existing participants.
Modifications to the Programme will not affect any reward that has already been validly activated and confirmed in writing prior to the modification taking effect.
These terms may change at any time. We will notify existing participants of material changes where reasonably possible. Continued participation in the Programme after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Significant term changes will be communicated directly, and participants will have the opportunity to withdraw from the Programme if they do not accept the new terms.

ilumi Technologies Ltd reserves the right to carry out reasonable verification checks on any referral and to request supporting information from either party before issuing a reward.
ilumi Technologies Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any referral or participant at its reasonable discretion where it has grounds to believe the Programme is being misused.
Any decision made by ilumi Technologies Ltd regarding eligibility, disqualification, or the validity of a referral is final.
ilumi Technologies Ltd operates in compliance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable regulations. By participating in this Programme, you confirm that your participation complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide complies with applicable privacy laws and that any referral is made with the full knowledge and consent of the referred party.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in this Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We encourage participants to contact us first to resolve any concerns or disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
We warrant that the Programme will be administered with reasonable care and skill.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemics, internet outages, or government actions.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between ilumi Technologies Ltd and participants in relation to the Programme and supersede any prior representations or arrangements.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the rest of the terms, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
Waiver: Failure by ilumi Technologies Ltd to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract these terms or any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
